What say you, especially those who live in WY, MT, and ID? How do you feel about the courts deciding wildlife management policy in your states?

Given how irresponsible those state governments have been with respect to wildlife conservation, I think it's a good thing.

I totally agree with Rik. The Wyoming governor and his cronies with the state wildlife fish and game would like to see the grizzlies eliminated from all areas outside the park except for a few that would attract hunters that would pay big bucks for a license. Idaho, where I live, isn't much better. So yes, I am glad the federal courts decided the issue instead of the individual states. These bears are a national treasure, not just a state issue.
