Saw a lot of stuff, couldn't photograph much of it.
I was in the Hayden just past Grizzly Overlook at 5:30AM and had two wolves cross the road right in front of my car. Much too dark to take pics.
Arrived too late to see them crossing again in daylight by just minutes twice afterward.
Got pics of a coyote crossing in the same place.
There was a grizz on the hill near Lake Butte Overlook but it was very far away.
Took some mountain bluebird pics there.
And that was it. Not a good photography day.

I was there when the coyote crossed. I had to pack my stuff in Mammoth that morning (heading to GTNP via a side trip to Lake Butte to look for Raspberry and Snow), so I was too late to see the wolves. Will try to write up a brief trip report when I get home in a week or two.
