I am planing a trip to Yellowstone on Jan 2018, and because of the schedule of shuttle service I will arrive at West Yellowstone after noon. Is there any tour held for half-day long in the winter season?

I have a feeling it's unlikely given the late start. There's limited daylight and the snow coaches are slow, so even just getting to Old Faithful and back with limited stops might take half a day. Unless you charter a private coach, of course. Still, there are plenty of coach operators in West, so maybe something's available.

Thank you for your reply! After contacting snowcoach operators in West Yellowstone, they only offer tours started in early morning. I may be walk around the town and visit Grizzly Wolf and Discovery Center that day
