A few shots from the fall in Yellowstone and Grand Teton

Post by RikWriter »

Took these back in September in Yellowstone and Grand Teton and only now got around to post-processing them. Nothing too spectacular but it was a fun trip. Did a lot of hiking. (Some of it off-trail...got lost twice.)

Wow, some great shots!!! I would love to see the northern lights. We did go out one night in the fall and saw four meteorites in about 30 minutes but the northern lights were not visible.

Nice big-boy moose. Is that "Jam" by the log? Looks like the same area where we saw her in the fall.

Whoa, is that the Northern Lights? I didn't think you could see them in September or that far south. I thought you had to get up into Canada. Beautiful shots!

I've seen them here where I live, which is south of Yellowstone.
