My original plans were May 4-18, and if I had followed them, I would have missed this. The Wapiti Lake pack was incredi...

Here are some photos to go along with it. They're just a few, but I have been really busy and had some computer problems. https://pbase.com/rikwriter/image/170768863.jpg https://pbase.com/rikwriter/image/170768870.jpg https://pbase.com/rikwriter/image/170768918.jpg https://pbase.com/rikwriter/image/...

Yellowstone and Grand Teton 5/18-6/1
I arrived in Jackson on the afternoon of May 18th and drove the first of many, many times down the Moose Wilson road to my hotel. Re: Wolf Update
I got some incredible shots of the Wapitis in the last week of May. There were 7 of them on a carcass in the Hayden, and at least one was on it for hours.

Re: NPS Press Release: Yellowstone (Partial) Reopening on May 18
I got back yesterday from two weeks in Y-stone and Grand Teton and it was one of the best trips ever. Hardly anyone there until near the end.

Great shot of the otters and the weasel! Also love the bison formation.
